We accept fourteen (14) persons maximum.
10 persons in Chang House and 4 persons in Chang Cottage

October thru May
$4,150 week (14 max) ... $3,650 week (10 max) ... $3,150 week (6 max)


Security Deposit: $1,750 (refundable less damage); Departure Cleaning Fee: $425
(incls both house & cottage) non-refundable; Payment: We accept Visa,
Mastercard and American Express and cash; sorry no checks. 1/2 total
amount due to reserve dates; Balance is due 6 wks prior
to occupancy. Cancellation refunds only if we
are able to re-rent all dates booked.

A Utility Fund Deposit of $1,500 per month is required. All utilities
stay in owners name. Bills are paid each month from this Deposit Fund by owner.
Any money left in the fund is returned to tenant at the end of rental term
after final bills incurred by the tenant have been paid. Should the
bills exceed the deposit tenant agrees to pay the difference.
Security Deposit = one (1) mo rent; Departure Cleaning
Fee = $575 this is a non-refundable charge.
The rentals are furnished, and
completely equipped and
maintained.
