Ferndale California
Known as one of the best preserved small Victorian towns in America. Surrounded by
dairy and cattle ranches, and bounded by redwood forests and the great
Pacific Ocean. The Village of Ferndale on the Northern Redwood
Coast is "One of the world's top ten great places."

First hand Information
My partner Jim and I just returned from this sleepy historic village we made home base
while we explored several dramatic North Coast beaches, drove along one of the last
remaining wild rivers known as the 'Mattole River', and marveled at the magic
of a Redwood forest with some of the tallest trees in the world. This is
truly one of the most awe inspiring regions of California, and the
the little town of Ferndale is the perfect place to begin
your adventure. Not only is it quiet, quaint and
charming, the shops, cafes, restaurants and
inns are top quality. We love it!
