LITTLE RIVER COTTAGE
Mendocino Seaside Cottage
This ocean-view Mendocino cottage, across from the trail to the beach
was built over 150 years ago. and lovingly restored. It is perfect
for a honeymoon or a quiet, restful & peaceful retreat for 5 or
fewer. Located on Peterson Lane, north of Van Damme Beach,
this charming cottage is 2 miles south of Mendocino.
It looks out southward over Little River Bay to
a small island and ocean bluffs beyond.
Step out your front door. Straight ahead, a trail meanders down to a
secluded, almost private beach. Behind the house, park trails lead
to cliffs overlooking the ocean.
Rates:
Per Night, One to Two Persons: $325.
Per Night, Three to Four Persons: $400.
Per Week, One to Two Persons: $1,950.
Per Week, Three to Four Persons: $2,380
. Rates do not include Mendocino County tax.
Longer Stays are Discounted Further; please inquire.
No smoking is allowed inside Little River Cottage.
No pets, please.
POLICIES FOR LITTLE RIVER COTTAGE, Auberge Mendocino Vacation Rental
Breakfast: Vacation Rental guests staying at Little River Cottage may
choose to take breakfast at the inn by prior arrangement, at an
additional charge of $15 per person (advance resv required)
Payment: Full payment for Little River Cottage is due at time
reservation is made.
Change of Plans/Cancellation: If you give us at least twenty-one
(21) days notice of cancellation, we will give you a full
refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel
with less than twenty-one (21) days notice, you
will be charged for those nights we cannot
re-rent the cottage.
Cleaning Deposit: A cleaning deposit of $150 is fully
refundable if the house is left in neat condition
and no smoking has taken place inside.
Minimum Stays: Two-night minimum stay, three- or four-night
minimum on holiday weekends.
Arrival/ Departure: We'll be expecting you after 3 pm.
Please come to the inn for greetings and orientation.
As difficult as it will be to leave, the normal
departure time is 11:00 AM. Please let us know if you
will be arriving later than 6 pm so we can make special
arrangements to greet you.
Children: Children are welcome however we ask that they be
supervised, in consideration of our neighbors.
No Smoking: No smoking inside the buildings or on the wooden
decks and porch; this ensures smoke-free rooms for guests.
Smoking is permitted on the lawn.- No Pets, please.
